Stayed here for 3 weeks on a big project for work. Rooms were very clean, staff were super friendly. The breakfast good, and there is plenty of it. One of the managers, Shannon, was super friendly as well, and seemed very intrested in the guest expierence, even though I haven't had a single issue. Will for sure continue to stay here for the next stages of this work project

The most important thing in any hotel stay is how you're treated—and this place absolutely nailed it. The hospitality I experienced here was top-notch, and I want to give a special shoutout to Rav, who truly made my stay exceptional. Rav went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and created a warm, friendly environment that made all the difference. Honestly, I was leaning toward giving 4 stars, but Rav’s service pushed it to a solid 5. He’s a gem of a person, and if you ever stay here, definitely ask for Rav—he’s your guy!

We arrived late in evening, Rav from the front desk gave us the first room, non smoking, When we went up, it smelled strongly like smokers. Went back to front desk, he immediately gave us a better room. It was immaculate and very clean. Breakfast was better than expected based on reviews. The lady that manges the Breakfast area was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends for a quick stop over.

Had a great stay! The service was excellent—everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. A special shoutout to Ravinder, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Really appreciated the warm hospitality.

The room was mostly clean, however I found a few chips under the pullout sofa bed from a previous guest. The hotel was recently painted. Our room had masking tape still applied to the ceiling and door handle. It didn't smell like fresh paint so this may have just been some attention to detail that was missed. The staff at the front desk weren't extremely welcoming or helpful with information about breakfast or other aspects of the amenities. The breakfast was decent for the budget price tier. Sausages, egg and cheese omelettes, waffles, toast, and some cereal. But only cows milk. It's pet friendly, which is why we booked.

I was honestly hesitant to book a room here after reading some of the older reviews, but my experience was beyond expectations. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. The front desk clerk was incredibly friendly and welcoming — they even upgraded us to a king room on the ground floor and also gave us a small gift hamper from bath and body works, as we’re Choice members, which was a lovely surprise. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Really glad we gave this place a chance. Would definitely stay here again!

Not only is this a great place to stay in the city, the staff and management is top notch! They are usually reasonably priced and the rooms are always nice and clean. Have stayed here numerous times, and it definitely won’t be the last! Thanks to Kim for being awesome and beyond helpful!

We’ve been staying at this hotel for over a year every two weeks for two nights the staff is absolutely amazing, Rav is the best concierge I’ve ever had, the breakfast lady is the sweetest, the maintenance man is wonderful. For what the hotel lacks the staff make up for. It’s very clean well kept and they’re currently doing renovations.
